This role requires you to have:
Technical capabilitiesA tactical and diplomatic mind;Demonstrated management and negotiation skills at senior management and Board level;Confidence to contradict current plans and thinking and push forward with justified views.To successfully attract candidates of this calibre, sign-off has been given to go above market rates, and also offer flexibility usually reserved for senior management.
