Senior FX Dealing Manager – New Zealand (Auckland) Convera is the largest non-bank B2B cross-border payments company in the world. In this role, you will manage a team of Foreign Exchange Dealers who work with a portfolio of corporate clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business goals. You and your team are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.
In your role as Senior FX Dealing Manager, you will be:
Leading and managing a team of Relationship Managers / FX Dealers to deliver business goals and financial objectives, while achieving positive outcomes for clientsDeveloping, motivating, and coaching your direct reports for optimum performanceDriving a culture of success and communicating those successes accordinglyOverseeing and directing day to day activity necessary for achievement of KPIs and revenue targetsDeveloping strategies and tactics to ensure revenue growth, client retention and client satisfaction by leveraging available resourcesProviding professional expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to your team and clients across the portfolioIdentifying and driving opportunities to upsell in order to maximize client performanceBuilding internal relationships across departments and providing advocacy on behalf of your team and clientsEnsuring a commitment to compliance and risk management is upheld at all timesYou will ideally have:
Knowledge and experience in Foreign Exchange / PaymentsPrevious managerial responsibility, preferably in corporate FX salesSignificant client / account management experienceAmbitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.A strong commercial focus and a proven track record in attaining / exceeding revenue targets, both for you and your team.Motivated, detail-orientated, and comfortable in a fast-paced and target driven environment.About Convera: Convera serves more than 30,000 customers ranging from small business owners to enterprise treasurers to educational institutions to financial institutions to law firms to NGOs.
