KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare finished art/concepts, as briefed by Production/Studio Manager/Art Director/Designer to the highest standard and ready for delivery.Understand our client's and their brands to maintain quality and continuity and become a brand guardian.Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, completing all artwork as effectively and efficiently as possible.Have an eye for design, layout and typography.Understand print processes and pre-press requirements.Understand digital/social mediums and requirements.Supervise and if required, delegate work when briefed by Product/Studio Manager.When Supervising, monitor the quality and time requirements of all work produced.Produce and assist with internal documents, including the creation of client presentations and new business proposals.Gain full knowledge of studio procedures and guidelines.Support your team, go the extra mile and add value where possible.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/CAPABILITIES Able to communicate across all levels of the businessAble to collaborate with Art Directors, Copy Writers, Production Managers, Account Management, Graphic Artists and support their unique working styles.Exhibit a high level of integrity and honesty when dealing with staff, suppliers, and external customers.Technical skills in the creation and distribution of finished art.A high level of competency with the Adobe Creative suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.Experience collaborating in programs such as Powerpoint and Google Slides is advantageous but not required.Have a positive attitude and be solutions focussed.
