Working closely with the Financial Crime Stream/Chapter Lead within the Financial Crime Programme, your role will be responsible for working with stakeholders across the bank to analyse and document business requirements and deliver key initiatives that will drive the business forward.About YouYou'll be responsible to design and implement effective Financial Crime Prevention processes and solutions, that will require critical thinking with attention to detail while maintaining a holistic perspective.You will thrive in a flexible and collaborative culture working closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally, demonstrating negotiating skills to resolve conflicting interests between key stakeholders.You will provide coaching and development to team members and peers by sharing your expert knowledge and facilitate workshops.Some key areas of responsibility include:Development of business requirements and traceability of solutionsCreation of business rules and decisioning criteriaQuality assurance checks and compliance obligation reportingTo be successful in this role you'll need:5+ years' prior experience as a Senior Business Analyst and / or 3+ years in financial services or Banking.5+ years' experience with designing & implementing Financial Crime Prevention processes and solutions.Experienced with risk identification and control development.Who are we?We are New Zealand owned bank on a real mission – we want to help our customers get ahead and make their banking experience as easy as possible.Like our customers, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
