Senior Financial Accountant

Joining the team as a Senior Financial Accountant you will be in charge of preparing month end reports, preparation of tax returns, assisting with offshore reporting and the reviewing of statutory financial statements.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Preparation of monthly trial balance reconciliation, including the maintenance of work papers with appropriate supporting documentation.
Review and integrate fee data for Funds into accounting ledger.
Preparation of month end reports.
Providing P&L variance analysis.
Assists with offshore reporting.
Prepare consolidated taxes returns (such as company tax, GST, and FBT).
Assisting with the review of statutory financial statements, trust tax returns and quarterly BAS for the Funds.
Key skills and experience:
CA/CPA qualified +2 years minimum.
Hands on Financial Accounting experience is essential.
Have previously worked in a finance &/or banking business, preferably in funds management
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Possess intermediate MS Excel skills.
Strong eye for detail and presentation.
Ability to quickly develop an in-depth knowledge and adapt to change.
