At the heart of this role is responsibility for the successful close-off of the ledger each month-end, monthly account reconciliations process including review of work performed by Financial Accountants and providing complete financial control for ASB subsidiaries. You will build and maintain strong business relationships with internal customers, providing them with valuable insight and advice.What we are looking forWe're looking for a fully qualified Chartered Accountant, preferably with banking and insurance experience. You will have a strong understanding of accounting concepts and standards, be naturally detail focused and someone who consistently challenges the status quo, embracing change using innovative solutions and new technology.
