This team is currently in the midst of an exciting time of change and as such is offering the opportunity to get involved in a plethora of career-shaping projects.Your new roleAs a pivotal member of the Finance Team you will ultimately be responsible for providing support to Senior Managers and their groups through strategic business partnerships. Your day-to-day duties will include:Providing relevant and timely advice and coaching to Senior Managers and their groupsProviding support to the Director or Business Partnering in ensuring that key issues/risks are highlightedChallenging decisions where appropriate and provide apt solutionsSupporting with business planning, risk management and forward planningProblem-solving and taking a lead on decision-makingWhat you'll need to succeedYou will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on results. You will have the ability to engage with and influence senior team members and will feel confident in challenging decisions when appropriate. In order to be considered for this role you will ideally have experience working in a medium-large public sector organisation and will also hold a Chartered Accounting qualification.
