For more information, click here.What You Will DoThe position is responsible for:The Senior Finance Analyst will focus on strengthening the implementation of OneStream FP&A Project within the region, ensuring continuous enhancements to align with business needs, and actively promoting regional centralized and standardized self-service reporting. He/She is the SME and super-user of the new FP&A system, facilitating coordination with cross-functional finance teams and Markets/Regional/Global FP&A counterparts to gather feedback and exchange knowledge and best practices. Additionally, he/she will assist and provide support to the Regional FPMO on the OneStream implementation project, serving as the main point of contact for the APAC Regional FP&A team.Overall Responsibilities:Reporting and Planning cyclesData validation cross systems (ERP vs. OS) for total P&L and Balance sheet for regional Core brand market combination to ensure financial reporting integrity.Lead validation on new product and functional hierarchies.Lead and control overall topside adjustment and historical data restatement.Close cooperation with IT and Master data teams to ensure correct mappings, system rules set up etcCoordination of manual data loads – headcount, price-volume, capex, etc.Hypercare support to end users – troubleshooting, report preparation, data loading, etcEnhancements/new releasesUser Acceptance Testing for new functionalities, prior to releaseRegional FP&A representative of OS tableau project, Review/validation of Tableau reports.Support FPMO to arrange end user training and new user trainingOther Activities:Actively participate Regional Finance transformational project (OS, OneS4, FIN360)Ensure policies and procedures are followedSupport Regional reporting and R&A hub design & TransitionOther FP&A related tasks as necessaryWhat We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsPreferred ~5 yr FP&A experience, familiar with FP&A process and reporting.Experience of FP&A system is a must, preferred TM1, S4/ERP or other planning tools.Independent thinking, proactiveness and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.Good interpersonal skills, a good team player with strong communication skills to drive business partnering.Possess the capability to work in matrix environment and partnering with various functions in remote locations.Willingness to learn new things and ability to navigate thru complexities and uncertainties.What's In It For YouPaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!Employee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
