The Senior Executive in Residency Ops performs the role of a programme coordinator in supporting the assigned Programme Director to manage the residency training programme.Responsibilities:Participate in programme accreditation and management;Administer and maintain a conducive educational environment;Plan and organise the resident recruitment and selection exercise; andAssist with faculty appointment and development.The Programme Coordinator would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives.
