And we are looking to add to our BIZ family!To learn more about the NUS Business School, please visit https://bschool.nus.edu.sg/Job DescriptionThe incumbent will be responsible for the admissions processes of our various MSc programmes as well as the Graduate Certificate programmes in collaboration with other team colleagues. S/he will work with the various stakeholders (Academic Director, relevant faculty members, students, internal and external stakeholders) to ensure the smooth running of the admissions process for our programmes. S/he will also have an important public relations role in representing the MSc Programmes Office, NUS Business School, and NUS both internally and externally, and contribute to the Business School's mission and values. Part of a dynamic team involved in the growth of the MSc Programmes OfficeManage the admissions administration and processes (e.g. review application materials, organize/conduct interviews, prepare reports and admissions materials for management review, etc.)Liaise with prospective applicants on application documentation and submissionsProvide support to the students for admissions-related matters (e.g. Application process, Student Pass, Matriculation, etc.)Collaborate closely with the faculty in conducting and transcribing admission interviewsContribute to the review and improvement of admissions processesConduct administrative briefing sessions for the studentsProvide admission and general counseling to the studentsTrain and mentor junior staff as requiredDeliver a superior level of customer service and programme satisfaction to both internal and external stakeholdersSupport the Welcome Session, Orientation and other programme events organized by the MSc Programmes OfficeOther duties as assigned by the Associate Director, Director, Academic Director and Programme Office QualificationsDegree from a reputable University in any disciplineMinimum 3 to 5 years' relevant work experience, preferably in a higher education institutionPossess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and consult with senior-level internal and external stakeholdersStrong organizational ability and high attention to detail in tracking and managing admissions for the academic programmesObservant in identifying process, operational and service gaps and propose solutionsPassionate in seeking constant improvements to processes and service deliveryStrong customer service focus in cross-cultural environmentsSelf-driven with a high level of autonomy and yet be a team player simultaneouslyAble to set priorities, multi-task and work under pressureProactive and demonstrate creative, innovative and service-oriented approaches to problem solvingWillingness to adopt flexible work hours and undertake business travel if neededIT savvy with good computer (Microsoft Office Applications) skills(Appointment job grade will commensurate with the selected candidate's experience)More InformationLocation: Kent Ridge CampusOrganization: School of BusinessDepartment : Dean's Office (BIZ)Employee Referral Eligible: NoJob requisition ID : 23669 Company information Registration No. 200604346E Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
