He/She will have a deep knowledge of Singapore issues and good contacts of experts in the relevant industries. The incumbent is able to direct reporters to bring out the most salient news points in a story. He/She is able to vet stories to ensure accuracy, objectivity and timeliness. Must be able to work under pressure.ResponsibilitiesReview and decide what news events to coverAssigning appropriate story to relevant reporter.
