Senior Ecommerce Manager

Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications)Introduction: We are seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager for our business Vet Warehouse (www.vetwarehouse.co.nz).You would be responsible for leading the growth and scaling of our online business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in e-commerce management and a strong analytical mindset to drive and execute effective marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase sales, customer acquisition, and brand loyalty.Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to adapt strategies that meet business objectives.Create, execute, and manage marketing plans that effectively utilise digital marketing channels to reach target audiences.Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and supplier management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the e-commerce strategy, supply chain, and other areas.Monitor and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimise strategies continuously.Manage budgeting and forecasting for online sales and marketing initiatives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of scaling online businesses.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be ideal but not essential.Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute marketing plans effectively.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.Experience with e-commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.A vibrant and supportive work environment.Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have in a marketing role?Are you experienced with copy writing and content creation?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
