Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) About the Company:An award-winning global leader in the production of precious metal collectibles, holding licences with some of the biggest entertainment and sports brands globally, such as Disney, Marvel, DC, Star Wars, Harry potter and now sports brands MLB and UFC.It's an exciting time to join as they embark on a significant re-brand journey and expansion of their product line and partnerships into new industries, which will see the business diversify into new markets.This is a rare opportunity for a passionate eCommerce specialist to step up into a Senior role at such a pivotal time for this reputable Kiwi brand.About the Role:Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Senior eCommerce Manager is responsible for overseeing online channels to ensure they are performant and delivering on growth targets while remaining on-brand, with the view of creating richer experiences for our users and community.With a strategic application of analytics, advanced eCommerce technologies, and digital innovation, you are a key driver of revenue and new customer growth.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Collaborate with marketing and product teams to coordinate successful product launches, promotions, and inventory management.Conduct regular site audits for accuracy and currency, track and analyse website metrics to identify trends, enhance user experience and boost conversion rates.Conduct regular website audits to optimise product merchandising and ensure a seamless online shopping experience throughout the entire purchasing journey.Seamlessly integrate online shopping experience with cohesive marketing campaigns to drive revenue, collaborating across departments to create engaging strategies leveraging SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital channels.Maintain a dynamic retail self-service portal facilitating efficient product ordering while leveraging marketing assets and manage website updates requests seamlessly.Ensure the eCommerce technology stack's scalability, security, and optimal support for online sales and customer engagement.Proactively integrate emerging trends and digital innovations to sustain competitiveness while ensuring legal compliance and high-security standards for customer data protection.About You: A customer obsessed eCommerce specialist who enjoys developing online growth strategies and then executing them. A genuine interest in collectables or apparel a plus!Someone with strong experience in website design and development, digital marketing, customer experience, and sales funnels. Experience in creating global websites, or managing global marketing operations is preferable.An entrepreneurial innovator who is constantly seeking to test new ways of achieving growth and online performance.A strong operator and collaborator.
