X4 ConstructionAbout the role
One of my clients, a Pre-Cast concrete panel specialist, are looking for a Senior Designer/Draftsperson at present to join their team. Due to progression in the team they are looking to bring someone in to sit alongside the Design Manager.
You will be responsible & have knowledge of:
Preparing shop drawings from Architectural & Structural Engineers Drawings
Experience with Concrete and Steel: Beams, Columns, Post-Tensioning, Reinforcing Layouts, Sections, Connection Details
Proficient in drafting/designing using AutoCAD
Happy and comfortable working independently and leading projects
Knowledge of BIM would be beneficial but not essential for this role.
My client are looking to pay up to $100,000 and experience with Pre-Cast panels is a must for this position.
