About Our Client

This is an agency is growing and looking to add this role to the team. A new management team is in place with a mission to take the creative output of the agency to the next level. They are a small team which means you will be able to work across all of their clients, taking on challenging creative projects with a focus big ideas.
Job Description

The role will allow you to work on projects from ideation to completion
Work on projects like full website design, rebranding and brand / retail campaigns
As a senior lead within the design team you'll be for mentoring the more junior members of the team
You will be well spoken and have strong presentation skills
You will be client facing at times which will require strong relationship building skills
The Successful Applicant

You will have at least 5 years experience at a senior level and have A strong portfolio with proven abilities in website design and brand campaigns.
Able to create user-centered designs by understanding the business requirements, personas and user journey
Up-to-date knowledge of UX/UI design
Great presentation skills
High level of attention to detail
Enjoy working in a team environment
