Key Elements to The Role Preparing and overseeing the production of drawings for complex projects that comply with company standards, quality systems and project budgets Coordinating, control receipt and interchange; and verify all electronic drawings Deliver projects from inception through to completion that meet design excellence and quality standards Provide technical advice and support to colleagues on structural design principles.Effectively communicate design intent to internal and external clients, building strong relationships.Contribute to tender and bid proposals, showcasing Beca's design capabilities.Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for project optimisation.Aligned with the level of the role, we envision that the base salary component will be between NZD$94,400.00 – $141,600.00, depending on skills and experience. The role is full time and permanent, with minimum guaranteed hours of 40 hours a week.
