We will provide you with a wide range of technical and leadership challenges that will continue to grow your skills and knowledge.Key Elements to The RolePreparing and overseeing the production of drawings for complex projects that comply with company standards, quality systems and project budgetsCoordinating, control receipt and interchange; and verify all electronic drawingsDeliver projects from inception through to completion that meet design excellence and quality standardsProvide technical advice and support to colleagues on structural design principles.Effectively communicate design intent to internal and external clients, building strong relationships.Contribute to tender and bid proposals, showcasing Beca's design capabilities.Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for project optimisation.Aligned with the level of the role, we envision that the base salary component will be between NZD$94,400.00 – $141,600.00, depending on skills and experience.
