Senior Customer Success Manager

The Company Our client is a New Zealand-based AI business that leads the retail industry in demand planning software, utilizing AI for highly accurate consumer demand forecasting. The highly sophisticated platform enables retailers to boost sales, minimize working capital, and maximize profits, surpassing traditional spreadsheet methods. Our client works with some of the largest retailers in New Zealand and is keen to expand globally. The Role We seek a talented and motivated customer success manager to join our team. Our Customers are at the heart of everything we do as a business, and it's vital to our success that our Customers achieve their planning goals and efficiency targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning, particularly within merchandising or buyer-side planning in the retail industry. They should also deeply understand customer success principles and ideally have experience with software products and AI demand planning tools. The Skills Required Experience with SaaS, Software, or AI companies. Ideally someone who themselves is a strong user of software or someone who has experience with integrating software into large enterprise customers.
