About the role Working across the Corporate andMarket Services Group, and reporting to the Head of People and Capability, ouroffice coordinator manages a wide range of activities that ensure the smoothrunning of the office, contributing to the workplace experience for our staffand brand experience for our visitors. Activities extend to providing coordinationsupport to activities across the multiple teams in CMS: People and Capability,Finance and Risk and Assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing overall office appearanceMaintaining office supplies and equipment, ordering new items asneeded.Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, contacting vendorsfor repairs and maintenance as required.Serving as the first point of contact for phone enquiries andgreeting visitors, when requiredAssisting with coordination of staff inductionsEvent/meeting organisation including ordering cateringReviewing, improving, and documenting all operational proceduresProcessing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, ensuring timelyand accurate deliveryProject coordination across the CMS teams to support keydeliverablesAbout you We want to make sureyou are the right fit for our small organisation and that we are also the rightfit for you! Previous experiencein office administration or a coordination role would advantageous but if youhave transferable skills that you think fit the bill then we are happy to hearfrom you.
