ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, you will be responsible for managing established client relationships within the Technology sector, with a strong focus within the financial services and government sectors. Your primary objective will be to nurture and strengthen existing client relationships while actively seeking opportunities for new business to expand our client portfolio. This role offers a perfect blend of relationship management, business development with the support of a very collaborative team. RESPONSIBILITIES Maximise market share in accounts by driving improved relationships across existing and new accounts. Understand clients' business operations and solve their recruitment needs through a consultative sale approach. Select and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role. Focus on candidate experience and build strong relationships with candidates across the market. Developing new business with prospective clients and keeping in regular contact with them to build positive, productive, and long-term corporate relationships Servicing, nurturing, and developing existing client relationships through meetings, client functions and events. Selecting and matching candidates for appropriate positions, arranging interviews and fully briefing candidates on the company and role Maintaining CRM database records and ensuring all information is always up to date. ABOUT YOU 2 + years' experience as an established Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant preferably specialising within technology or other recruitment disciplines. Strong track record of success in managing client relationships, driving business development, and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive.
