They are a specialist in the blue-collar temporary recruitment space and are looking for an experienced consultant to join their Civil & Construction division in a role with lots of opportunity for growth.Day to day responsibilities:Providing day to day support and leadership to a team of threeManaging client accounts with end-to-end recruitment servicesCultivating business opportunities and seizing potential growth prospects wherever they ariseEngaging in business development tasks such as identifying potential clients and assisting the team in converting existing opportunities into sales.Overarching temp compliance activities (overseeing toolbox talks, recruitment, drug screening tests, H&S checks of client sites)Offering assistance to the team with any escalations and negotiations.About You:We are looking for a Senior Consultant who is now looking for more responsibility and want to put their commercial acumen to use to help propel the business in the right direction within Account Management or Team Leadership.The ideal candidate will come from a background in agency recruitment and possess a proven & successful track record.
