We have a track record of achieving successful outcomes for both small and large entities. Role Description This is a largely on-site role for a senior lawyer in Auckland. You will be responsible for providing expertise in competition law, consumer law, regulation, trade, and policy. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients, researching and analysing complex issues, preparing opinions and submissions, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and developing strategies to ensure compliance with competition law. You will be a firm leader with a significant role in shaping the firm, as well as mentoring more junior lawyers. You will work closely with partners Alicia Murray and Andy Matthews.
