The Ministry of Justice - Te Tahu o te Ture is seeking an experienced Senior Communications Advisor to deliver end-to-end communication services across the Ministry through the provision of strategic communications advice, planning and delivery.
This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 30 October 2024.
Reporting to the Manager Communications Delivery, in the Communication Services team, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
significant experience at a senior level, across the full range of the communications disciplinethe ability to assess, prioritise and appropriately support a wide-ranging work programmeexcellent time management, attention to detail and self-motivationexceptional relationship management skills and the ability to form working relationships with senior leadersan understanding of the machinery of government, and experience navigating a large or complex public sector agencyexperience coaching and mentoring other communications professionalsexperience or desire to act as Manager when appropriate. The appointing salary for this role will be between $97,208 and $135,539 based on skills and experience.
