These roles provide support and ownership of key financial reporting, trend analysis, planning processes including month ends, budgeting and forecasting for our store network. Part of a small team and reporting into the Head of Commercial – Membership and Property, you will be well supported with a range of touch points with various stakeholders across the business. It's an opportunity to really own & deliver key pieces of work and to work in partnership with our Commercial Managers on a range of deliverables such as monthly store trackers, review processes, reporting & analysis which assist our business to make solid future focused decisions. So, have you got what we need? We don't need you to be a Chartered Accountant, we need you to be savvy with numbers – yes, but we are more interested in people who enjoy using data and analysis to provide meaningful insights. These roles assist our stores to plan for and make good financial decisions so you will need to have a solid base knowledge of financial analysis, trends & reporting techniques. You will bring a flair for establishing and nurturing relationships, be a stickler for planning and delivering, passionate about 'chasing up' when you can see the outcome is close. You will be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able respond to incoming requests. If you are early in your career, we want to see your drive to get stuff done, your curious nature and ability to soak up all the information you can to learn and grow.
