Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices (Healthcare & Medical)Serves as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development for EP systems and catheters.Educates customers and internal BSC employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments for Rhythmia system.Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of our capital systems and their components.Provide ongoing and appropriate technical training and support to customers directly in EP labsVisit customers and/or potential customers of Boston Scientific on a regular and planned basis to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and promote our products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets, as agreed with the Manager.Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.With limited instructions of Manager, plan and develop the market for our existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives, through execution, while optimize available tools (consignment, etc).Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staffResponds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.Will be required to develop advanced working knowledge and selling techniques eg clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape.Analyze and report to the Manager and/or others (monthly & year basis) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.To represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.Key Skills & Experiences:Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in specialty areaMinimum 3 years of clinical and sales experience, preferably in the healthcare field.Strong ability to engage and interact with customers in a variety of settings including tradeshows / conferences, market research, advisory boards, and field interactionsBe able to attend cases and provide support in the operating room.Excellent communicator, both written and verbalCompany information Registration No.199606195GYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?What's your expected monthly basic salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?Report this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.Researching careers?
