These high priority projects are delivering outputs which benefit a wide range of internal and stakeholders. * The Triage workstream is an initiative designed to proactively manage a pathway for relatively easy/quick fixes to be delivered aligned or informed by the Digital Programme. The goal to speed up delivery of common-sense initiatives focused on alleviating organisational risks, realising cost savings, and addressing operational pain-points. This helps build momentum and enables other Digital projects to focus on more strategic change. The Triage workstream currently has seven active initiatives/mini-projects, and a pipeline of now opportunities coming through. The existing initiatives are 1) Shift-IT, 2) Corp R, 3) Phase 2 Salesforces improvements, 4) Microsoft Managed Devices (MMD) and 3 more initiatives which require change management support. The project teams are primarily based in Christchurch and Wellington. You will work in the Enterprise Portfolio Office, support the Digital - Triage project manager analysts and Change Managers who are passionate about what they do and happy to support you. You will be accountable for the management and delivery of change management and related communications activities including: * Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Create and update the stakeholder assessment and map for all current projects within Triage. * Development and execution of change management processes and activities across all types of change including system/technical, business, cultural and/or behavioural change. * Ensure that the impacts of change are understood and communicated effectively to stakeholders and staff, s that our change initiatives 'land well' with end users. * Preparing fortnightly communications on the knowledge hub and digital programme updates. * Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications. * Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery ofTraining delivery. (This includes training material for AKO and working with comms to ensure we are using the correct templates when sending messages externally) * Support and engage senior leaders and successfully implement change from identification through to embedding and sustaining the change in our business. * Integrate change management activities into the project plan and ADO. * Collating feedback on behalf of the business to monitor progress, impact, and satisfaction of improvements. Nou te rourou | What you bring You will be highly organised, self -managing, able to work independently and as part of a cross functional team. You will be familiar with techniques and frameworks of your discipline and be comfortable delivering results in a high paced environment. We are looking for a motivated individual with the following in your cover letter and CV: * Your experience in your craft - ideally, a proven track record of 5+ years in a change manager role across a wide range of projects/initiatives and implementation mechanisms. * Examples of your strong experience working with leaders and people at all levels of the organisation in a high-change environment. * Demonstration of your understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures * Role-specific training - relevant certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, CMI accreditation, APMG) desirable.
