In this role, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing business solutions that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.As a Senior Business Application Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, lead process modelling efforts, and translate requirements into solutions that ensure quality outcomes and alignment with our organisational ICT strategy. You'll be at the forefront of identifying and leveraging new technologies to revolutionise our business operations and community engagement efforts. You should have a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, application management, or related roles. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as a solid understanding of ICT strategy, best practice principles, and enterprise-wide solutions.You should thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, where you can leverage your problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and drive continuous improvement. Your ability to think strategically, innovate, and lead by example will set you apart as a valuable asset to our team.The salary range for this role is between $97,830 to $108,700 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
