This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to take the next step and work on Digital Transformation projects across Ando.
Helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging and changing environment, you'll be responsible for:
Working with business teams to understand current processes and define new ways of working. Identify areas for improvement in line with Ando Business Strategy. Define and validate the future state processes. Support the definition of the system changes required to implement future state. Skills & Experience This role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst who is proactive, a strong team player, and can effectively collaborate with business stakeholders. To be successful in this role you ideally will have:
At least 5 years as a Senior Business Analyst with advanced analytical skills and ability to evaluate and resolve highly complex challenges. Experience delivering Enterprise Change to deliver business benefits. A focus on delivering efficiency and improved customer outcomes. The ability to translate complex business and customer needs into audience appropriate language. Demonstrated understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, principles and tools. Experience in enhancing technical understanding of business problems. A challenger spirit and will seek to shift the dial.
