As part of our Digital & Strategy team, you will play apivotal role in driving the financial efficiency and effectiveness of ourbusiness operations by designing and improving business processes related topurchasing, invoicing and payment. Reporting to the Enterprise Process & Analysis Manager, yourkey functions will include: Leading the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process byidentifying opportunities for process enhancement. Building and implementing a roadmap for processoptimisation in alignment with company goals. Overseeing the efficiency and efficacy of theP2P process within the digital environment. Collaborating closely with an agile team todeliver data-driven solutions and increase productivity. Actively participating in cross-functional teaminitiatives to accomplish project goals. Analysing critical business requirements,identifying deficiencies and potential opportunities, and developing innovativeand cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasingrevenues, and improving customer service offerings. To be successful in this role you will have: Extensive experience in business analysis andprocess optimisation, preferably within a retail environment. Demonstrated knowledge in Procure-to-Payprocesses. A thorough understanding of digital platformsand how to leverage them to enhance business processes. Excellent communication skills, with the abilityto articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. An analytical mindset with problem-solvingskills, capable of translating data into actionable business insights. Advanced capabilities in various businessanalytics tools and software.
