Senior Business Analyst

The Data & Technical Capabilities (DTC) Customer Systems team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with sound analysis and testing skills to contribute to the on-going support and continuous improvement of CCMS. This role will be an integral part of the team, assisting with clear requirements including problem statements, clear descriptions of current and future state, and acceptance criteria ratified by all relevant stakeholders. Additionally, the role has a key role in defining unit and business acceptance testing to ensure the quality of any new features requested by the business. What you have: Several years of experience working as an analyst, dealing with technology and process An ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and subject matter experts in technology and operational areas Ways to be able to clearly articulate concepts and processes that can be understood by those affected By thoroughly understanding a process, the ability to create test steps to prove a solution is fit for purpose, in a way that enables others to perform the testing without supervisor Some knowledge and experience with the Microsoft D365 product set If you want to join a team of smart, committed people who do incredibly interesting and important work for New Zealand - then get in touch.
