Senior Business Analyst

I have two senior Business Analyst opportunities over 2 year fixed term contract. You will be assigned to a variety of projects and BAU consulting work.
Role Purpose:
The Consultant Business Analyst is responsible for providing internal business analysis and consulting services to shape the technology outcomes.
You will ensure robust requirements are elicited and documented as an input to the design of new capability as well as providing support to the communications and awareness activities. The role will inform and define technical outcome specifications for the organisation's IT development as it relates to the respective business group.
You will inform and define technical outcome specifications and will be responsible for providing both Project and BAU support for new activities as well as providing quality assurance reviews of the work of external IT providers.

Person Specification:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Understanding and application of BABOK
Understanding and application of BPMN for business processes
Understanding and application of Agile SCRUM processes
Confidence in facilitating workshops and managing requirements from multiple parties
Capable of working independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to clearly and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills
