The Role: This is a exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives. This individual will be responsible for the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements, ensuring that solutions implemented by the IT team align with business needs and strategic goals and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains. To Be Successful: • Proven Business Analyst experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a diverse audience. • Eliciting and documenting business requirements, from high-level to functional requirements. • Business case options analysis experience. • Working with a testing team to support the delivery and change team to support training.
