It is a critical part of achieving New Zealand ambitions for a safer, more sustainable land transport system.The purpose of this role is to support the team, currently driving the delivery of a New Zealand wide system, to meet business outcomes. This role involves creation of project artefacts and documentations, such as business requirements, models, and system/solution specifications according to Waka Kotahi SDLC.This role is leading project deliverables through business analysis and supporting the transition of the solution to operations. We are looking for a critical thinker and confident communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills.Ko koe tenei | About youTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Significant and proven experience as a Senior Business Analysis ( at least eight years ) with advanced analytical skills and ability to evaluate and resolve highly complex issuesStrong Integration and System implementation experienceAble to translate complex business and customer needs into audience appropriate languageRelationship experience in a complex business and technology environmentExperience in building advanced technical understanding of business problemsYou will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Maori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Maori.
