The Senior Business Analyst is critical to making this happen and key responsibilities of the role will include the following: Apply your in-depth experience of business analysis skills and techniques to analyse and synthesise information, to understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities. Work efficiently with project stakeholders to elicit project requirements that are fit for purpose. Work with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables. Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly. Provide support to other Business Analysts and contribute to the professional development and success of the broader team. Display a positive attitude, operate collaboratively and actively support others. Role Location: Auckland or Wellington Role Type: Permanent, FulltimeOu Pukenga? | What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Extensive business analysis experience and detailed knowledge of analysis tasks, elicitation techniques, documenting, presenting, and managing requirements with different stakeholders across business and technology teams Solid understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines, and procedures Previous experience working in the Banking industry is essential Experience working with regulatory and compliance processes is highly desirable Demonstrated experience in working on projects, varying in type and size An excellent communicator - both written and verbal, with proven influencing and facilitation skills Natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team to clearly represent consolidated findings An ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity Previous Transformation experience and experience working with Funds/Wealth products highly desirable Previous experience working in a Hybrid working environment (I.e. Agile and Waterfall methodology) also highly desirable You're not expected to have % of these skills.
