A unique opportunity exists for a three month contract for Senior Business Analyst to join our PMO team.
The nib Group PMO provides portfolio management and project delivery services across the nib Group. This includes our Australian and New Zealand health insurance products, ancillary services (i.e. travel) and international products. The PMO supports nib divisions and offices in Australia, New Zealand, USA and Europe. The PMO manages a diverse range of nib strategic projects including:
Technology-enabled business transformation;
Business reengineering & process improvements;
Establishing joint ventures and partnerships;
Creating new products and services; and
Mergers and acquisition integrations.
Our Senior Business Analyst is responsible for performing business process analysis for projects managed by the PMO.
Key responsibilities:
Plan business analysis approach, activities and facilitate proactive meetings
Collation and analysis of functional and non-functional requirements, and identify and engage appropriate stakeholders for requirements elicitation
Understanding alignment to nib strategic direction
Ensure that all requirements support the delivery of the project
Represent the PMO and evangelise governance, processes and project lifecycle within the business
Specific BA experience within finance systems is preferred
