We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to step into the spotlight and manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clientsThis role is client focused, but does include some internal requirements requiring you to find a balanced between maintaining external and internal workloads.On a day-to-day basis you will be:Managing a portfolio of clients through the annual renewal cycleProviding quality service and advice, including risk identification, risk review, placement & renewal of insurance policies.Answering client enquiries, making mid- term changes, issuing endorsements,Working on new business to assist including the development of proposals.Developing and maintain key relationships with clients, underwriters & other stakeholders.Provide support to Commercial Manager as identified. KPI'sClient service standards, evidenced by client feedback.Maintenance of existing client relationships – measured by retention. Internal service delivery, evidenced by Senior Broker feedbackTimely and appropriate response to existing clients – measured against standards Who you areYou are a self-starter who is focused on delivering high quality client serviceYou have strong time management and organisational skillsYou have a high level of accuracy and attention to detailYou have strong initiative and a self-starter attitudeQualificationsInsurance industry qualification/s (such as ANZIIF Diploma)Good understanding of the New Zealand commercial insurance market and preferably the regional marketMinimum 15 years commercial insurance broking experienceL5 Certification Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
