Senior Bas Accountant / Client Manager

The role will focus on developing client relationships alongside motivating a team to pursue best practise accounting. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to lead special project work, help clients with their various queries, provide Xero support and review the work of Juniors/Intermediates. There still will be an element of compliance work as part of your job, but this will be limited to more senior duties including forecasts and budgets. Review a range of accounting functions Advise on client process improvement and business development Manage the workflow for a portfolio of key clients Engage in high-level account preperation Mentor and supervise junior accountants The successful candidate will be a motivated and ambitious individual who is looking for an exciting challenge in their career.
