In delivering expert insurance risk consulting advice and products in aviation, you will be a trusted adviser holding relationships with key decision makers leading the growth, acquisition and renewal for large corporate clients across New Zealand, Australia and Asia. About the role: Be involved in the development and execution of the strategic business growth plan to meet and exceed targets Create, write and construct client proposals and tender submissions, including value-driven presentations to clients Relationship development and management of client relationships Gather and build knowledge of the client's business and market to deliver first-class advice Manage renewals including resolving any client queries Key relationships advising on aviation which will undertake risk consulting including writing and presenting client proposals Stakeholder engagement cross-selling across the business Liaise with team members to build aviation specialist knowledge Coaching and mentoring support staff and other team members taking on leadership responsibilities from time to time About you: 7 - 10 years of experience in corporate and aviation insurance Demonstrated ability to develop and manage complex client accounts Ability to write tender submissions including presentations to prospective decision-makers Senior-level Experience with identifying and generating aswell as negotiating opportunities with key decision-makers Hold, work towards or agree to complete the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 Tyler Wren is conducting an international search for experienced aviation brokers who may currently be in a similar role.
