Contact us to find out more about our general and senior associate benefits.The opportunityAn exciting opportunity has become available for a senior associate with seven or more years' PQE to join our leading corporate and commercial team based in Wellington led by Rupert Rouch, Renee Stiles and Amy Ryburn.Working primarily with Rupert, you will have responsibility for a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising, and general corporate advisory work. You will also play an important role in mentoring junior lawyers in the broader corporate and commercial team as well as cultivating key client relationships.This is an exceptional opportunity to build on your corporate and commercial law skillset in the Wellington market, and to join a supportive team who are invested in your success.What matters to usWe value people who bring a different perspective, who are passionate, curious, and innovative.
