Job summary
Experienced Architectural Technician/Designer wantedStrong knowledge in Revit and BIM360 requiredOpportunity to work on exciting projects
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Responsible for concept to detailed design• Create architectural drawings and specifications• Produce BIM documentation using Revit• Liaise with clients and stakeholders• Develop and maintain design tools and specifications• Prepare project deliverables and coordinate documentation• Provide project administration and site inspections
Requirements
• Relevant architectural qualification and 5+ years Revit experience• In-depth understanding of NZ Building Codes and statutory requirements• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills• Experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe software is a plus
Key Skills Needed
• Strong working knowledge of Revit• Experience in BIM Management and BIM Model Coordination
