What we're looking for Our Hamilton/Kirikiriroa studio is seeking a senior designer/technician with leadership qualities who has the following skill set: In-depth industry knowledge with 7+ years of experience The ability to clearly communicate and interact with colleagues and clients A strong portfolio of proven project experience across large-scale commercial/industrial or tertiary work Advanced 3d modelling skills and expertise An ability to lead high-value projects from concept through to construction Experience facilitating meetings, explaining complex design drawings, and conveying instructions Team player credentials and a willingness to work collaboratively with others. You'll have one of the following qualifications, including the CAD/BIM experience and expertise: Master of Architecture (or equivalent) and NZRAB registration NZCD(Arch) or NDAT (or equivalent) tertiary qualification Proficiency in Revit or a willingness to quickly upskill in this program. You will also need to satisfy one of the following conditions to work in New Zealand: You are a New Zealand or Australian citizen (including people born in the Cook Islands, Niue and Tokelau) You have a New Zealand residence visa You have a New Zealand work visa or a condition on your New Zealand temporary visa showing you are allowed to work here.
