In-depth industry knowledge with 7+ years of experienceThe ability to clearly communicate and interact with colleagues and clientsA strong portfolio of proven project experience across large-scale commercial/industrial or tertiary workAdvanced 3d modelling skills and expertiseAn ability to lead high-value projects from concept through to constructionExperience facilitating meetings, explaining complex design drawings, and conveying instructionsTeam player credentials and a willingness to work collaboratively with others.You'll have one of the following qualifications, including the CAD/BIM experience and expertise:
Master of Architecture (or equivalent) and NZRAB registrationNZCD(Arch) or NDAT (or equivalent) tertiary qualificationProficiency in Revit or a willingness to quickly upskill in this program.You will also need to satisfy one of the following conditions to work in New Zealand:
