Senior Architectural Designer Contractor

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

At Ryman we care about every detail, it's why we design and build our villages ourselves. Our construction detailed design team take the concept design through to building consent. As we gear up to our biggest ever build programme we're looking for contractors to support us with a period of high workload.

Are a proven senior level Architectural Technician or Draughtsperson with experience designing multi-storey commercial and residential projects
Have the confidence to run large and complex multi-story projects from a detailed design perspective
Are confident leading small teams of staff overseeing documentation and design co-ordination for a village
Have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and are able to fit into a dynamic and proactive team
Enjoy working with Revit and have done so many times
