You will work closely with your portfolios directors and managers to understand their business needs and pain points and provide pragmatic advice to enable managers to make the best decisions.Your portfolio will be varied which could see you supporting operational field delivery teams as well as corporate teams. You will provide support across all HR workstreams including employment relations and performance management, organisational development and workforce planning, capability building and employee engagement, as well as recruitment and remuneration.You will be joining a team of advisors and senior advisors located nationally. As such, we are open to considering candidates in Hamilton or Wellington. Please note, there may be some travel required.If you have the following attributes, we are keen to hear from you:You will have experience as an HR Business Partner/ senior advisor or be an advisor ready to step up.
