Multi-disciplinary role.

With a broad and complex customer base our client is seeking a senior advisor to implement and contribute to their digital channel strategy.
To be successful you will need a strong knowledge of digital channel trends and technologies that will enable you to provide insights and advice to improve their service offering.
You will need a sound understanding of digital channel design, principles, best practice, and standards
i.e. NZ Government Web and Accessibility Standards.
