We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available to join our regional team as Senior Administration Support. The primary organisational impact outcome sought from this position is the provision of skilled project coordination for development work, ensure timely and quality information flows; manage the logistics of team face to face and virtual meetings across the region; support the Kaitataki/GM liaison with colleague General Managers across the motu and facilitate engagement for the Kaitataki/GM with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Mou | About you You are an experienced administrator, able to pick up new systems quicky and with proven experience of managing complex calendars, knowledge of business systems and processes, helping managers with information flows and accountabilities across the team, including supporting on-boarding of new staff and managing travel and other administrative needs. You will be comfortable working with and for diverse communities and you will be Microsoft savvy, able to help managers and staff use Teams and other tools to best advantage. Nga pukenga me nga wheako | Skills and experience * Experience in providing senior administrative support to a number of senior executives and their team?to enable the efficient delivery of key services across the region * Able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a timely, and accurate manner * Can apply critical thinking and using sound judgment to develop advice, options and deliver key pieces of work * Demonstrates an ability to build constructive and effective relationships across different functions and stakeholders and can build a sound understanding of their operational environment and context * Able to demonstrate an understanding of Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022.
