Senior Accounts Executive, Accounts Receivables | 1 year | Up to S$4,000 Senior Accounts Executive, Accounts Receivables | 1 year | Up to S$4,000 PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd) Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting) Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivables Prepare reports on accounts receivables performance and aging Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Provide support to the finance team as needed Qualifications: Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivables or related field Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficient in SAP, ERP (any), Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team CPA/ ACCA certification is a plus This is a great opportunity for a dedicated and motivated professional to take on a key role in our finance department.
