Senior Accounts Executive, Accounts Receivables | 1 year | Up to S$4,000 Senior Accounts Executive, Accounts Receivables | 1 year | Up to S$4,000 PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd (Formerly Kelly Services Singapore Pte Ltd)Accounts Receivable/Credit Control (Accounting)Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely mannerMonitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivablesReconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepanciesMaintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivablesPrepare reports on accounts receivables performance and agingWork closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issuesAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesProvide support to the finance team as neededQualifications:Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in accounts receivables or related fieldStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficient in SAP, ERP (any), Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be an added advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCPA/ ACCA certification is a plusThis is a great opportunity for a dedicated and motivated professional to take on a key role in our finance department.
