Providing guidance & assistance to other accounts & administrative staff Senior Accounts Administrator Devan Plastics Ltd Location: Tauriko, Tauranga  Full-Time Permanent Position   We seek an experienced Senior Accounts Administrator to provide accurate and timely accounts and administration functions for Devan Plastics. This role has become available after a recent promotion within the wider group of companies and would suit a proficient accounts person who thrives in a busy and varied role.   Responsibilities include general accounts tasks, maintaining accurate records; providing guidance and assistance to other accounts and administrative staff; and developing new systems and methods to improve efficiency.   The key competencies we are looking for in this position include: Solid understanding of general NZ accounting processes. Accounts Receivable and Payable experience. Intermediate Payroll experience. Experience using SAP, or other large accounting programs.  Debtor and Creditor Management. Preparation of statements, reports, and reconciliations A strong level of computer skills including Microsoft Office products. Excellent record-keeping skills. Solid oral and written communication skills.  Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Some HR processes and stock correction experience would be an advantage.
