Exciting finance opportunity within a well-reputed organisation Your new company You will be joining an IT organisation that has been operating for over 25 years and provides IT services for both the agriculture and automotive industries across New Zealand, Australia and Malaysia. You would also be required to travel around New Zealand to the different sites to support customers. Your new role Utilising your accounting knowledge as you engage with customers over the phone and email to resolve issues Thinking critically as you systematically work through customer queries, exploring where the root cause might lie Providing training to new and existing customers, so they become confident system users Identifying opportunities for improvement or system enhancement Working closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality system implementations Looking for ways to add value to customers, sharing information about new products and services that may help them What you'll need to succeed Experience in accounts. You don't need to have a formal accounting background, hands-on experience with accounts payable, business finances and invoicing will set you up well.
